Yes. We document damage with photos, provide a repair scope, meet adjusters when needed, and keep you updated throughout the process. You remain in control of all claim decisions.
Yes - fully insured with general liability and workers’ comp. Proof of insurance is available on request.
We’ll show you photos, explain options, and provide a clear change order before proceeding - no surprises.
We tarp landscaping as needed, use magnet sweeps for nails, protect siding/doors/windows, and maintain a tidy site. Daily cleanup is part of our process.
We’re based in Hickory, NC and serve nearby communities across the Greater Hickory area - typically within about a 45-minute drive. Common spots include Newton, Conover, Long View, Mountain View, Granite Falls, Claremont, Maiden, Hildebran, Valdese, Bethlehem, Lenoir, Morganton, and Taylorsville.
